Report damaged goods

1. Return window

You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. The delivery date is determined by the courier tracking record.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • Free from damage caused after delivery (scratches, stains, assembly marks)
  • In its original packaging, or packed securely enough to prevent transit damage
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order number

2. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Made-to-order and customised pieces (items produced to your specific dimensions, finish, or upholstery choice)
  • Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified after delivery
  • Items with visible signs of use, damage, or tampering caused after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Please note: natural variations in wood grain, rattan weave, and marble veining are inherent to handcrafted products and are not defects.

3. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item (including packaging)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping for the damaged item. Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible.

4. Refund timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 1–3 business days
  • Credit / Debit card: 5–7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Razorpay wallet: 1–2 business days

Refunds are issued for the product value only. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

5. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We will share our preferred courier details once your return request is approved — please use a trackable service and share the AWB number with us. Little eXtra is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

How to initiate a return

  1. Email littleextra.homes@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged).
  2. Or WhatsApp us at +91 97991 60160 — quickest response.
  3. We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions within 1 business day.
  4. Ship the item back using the details we provide.
  5. Refund or replacement is processed after inspection.
