Little eXtra is a handcrafted furniture and home décor brand operating from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. We sell directly to customers across India through our website and authorised channels.

2. Use of our website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not:

• Use the site to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content without our written permission
• Use automated tools to place orders in bad faith or in bulk without prior agreement

3. Pricing & GST

All prices on our website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order. Prices may change at any time without prior notice; however, the price at the time of placing your order is the price you pay.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or misuse
• Product unavailability or stock exhaustion
• Pricing errors identified after order placement
• Inability to verify payment or delivery details

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they are dispatched, by contacting us at littleextra.homes@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 97991 60160.

Made-to-order and customised items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible — please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product photographs, design drawings, text, logos, and the Little eXtra brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Little eXtra or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission. Sharing product images on social media with credit is welcome.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our website and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Little eXtra makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content on the site.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. Amazon, Razorpay). These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
