We ship handcrafted furniture and décor across India, directly from our workshop in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Here's everything you need to know about how your order travels to you.

1. Where we ship
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are located in a remote area where our standard courier partners do not deliver, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
2. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Dispatch timelines
Because our pieces are handcrafted and often made to order, please allow for preparation time:
- In-stock items: dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation
- Made-to-order items: dispatched within 7–14 business days (as indicated on the product page)
- Customised items: lead time confirmed at the time of order; typically 14–21 business days
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
4. Estimated delivery times
After dispatch, estimated transit times are:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or adverse weather. We will keep you updated if your shipment is delayed.
5. White-glove delivery for large furniture
For bulky furniture (wardrobes, beds, large dining tables, and similar pieces), we coordinate white-glove delivery where available — meaning the courier team will bring the piece inside your home to your specified room. This service depends on serviceability at your pin code and will be noted on the product page where applicable. Please contact us before ordering if you need assistance with placement or assembly.
6. Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive:
- A dispatch confirmation email with the courier name and AWB/tracking number
- A link to track your shipment on the courier's website
You can also track your order from your account dashboard on our website. If the tracking link doesn't update within 48 hours of dispatch, please get in touch — occasionally courier systems take time to reflect the latest status.
7. Address accuracy & failed deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are correct at checkout. Little eXtra is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer unavailability across multiple delivery attempts
- Refused delivery
If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-delivery charges may apply.
